Blooming Potatoes

Tasty potatoes baked in the air fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 6 each Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 Air Fryer

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees
  2. Wash potatoes and then slice lengthwise, down to 1/4 inch from the bottom of the potato.
  3. Now cut the potato cross-wise down to 1/4 inch from the bottom of the potato.
  4. Place in the air fryer and brush olive oil onto potatoes. Season with paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until fork tender.
  6. Garnish with cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream and bacon bits.
  7. Enjoy!
